locals, we were curious to discover this place that seemed nice. we are at 11:15 for breakfast on a Sunday. We're waiting for several minutes. Nobody. I'm heading to the bar to ask if we can sit down or if we have to order at the bar, the very unpleasant person answers a dry and annoyed tone "we have to order at the bar but I'm too busy." so we wait up for a few more minutes. another person says hello to us, so we start to order and she stops us sechement "there is nothing but a crêpe and bread." face to this lack of consideration and inefficiency, we did not stay. it is better to go to a bakery, or at least courteous and smile are rigged

I really enjoyed staying in the females' dorm. Very comfortable beds, very clean bed linens provided, very clean bathrooms. I travelled solo and I had an excellent time. Extremely kind and patient staff. Good food served downstairs,but no kitchen to cook by yourself. Good position, located near 2 underground lines. Very quiet in the surroundings also as a lonely woman when returning back late at night (2 am) I had an incredible nice stay and I will definitely book there again when I'll go back to Paris.

This was a great hostel. You can get a private room with an en-suite, or share with the guests on your floor. I never had an issue with a busy bathroom. The elevator is small but fast. The bar/restaurant on the ground floor is a great place to relax, have a drink, or a simple meal and mingle with travelers. The area of Belleville itself seems to have a large North African and Arab population. You’ll find a lot of Tunisian cuisine. The hostel is also close to the metro. I had no complaints.

We are old - not your typical hostel client - but we booked on a recommendation from a friend. And what a good recommendation it was! Our room was on the roof, sort of anyway - we exited the elevator and we were outside with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was around the corner and it was comfortable, clean & private. Coffee & croissants were available on the ground floor in the morning (4 euros). Helpful and considerate staff. Great location. Reserva una mesa ahora

I've already tested the bar and restaurant service more often than not, and I'm very satisfied with it! drinks are not at all expensive, except for cocktails out of happy hours, and dishes are well done! The atmosphere is cozy and young, the friendly and kind staff. The service is at the counter. I recommend the terrace during the summer!

Lovely hostel room, clean and spacey. Staff were really friendly and helpful when I spoke with them. Terrific food too. The only thing is, the guys at breakfast were quite overwhelmed and there weren't enough mugs etc. But other than that, was fine. Great view of Paris from the roof. This is very close to the metro.

I recommend it to all couples and families with children. clean, pleasant and good atmosphere. you can meet many interesting people. Learn about the places to visit. Very nice and quiet area. many restaurants, shops and close to the metro. The perfect place. I recommend it warmly.

The minute we walked into the bar the bartenders-waiters were very rude. We were visiting Paris and asked a question about some touristic place we wanted to go and they were not happy. Don't even bother going to this place. It's smelly and the area surrounding is horrible!!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Fantastic hostel, incredible staff, rooms are decent and bar area is great to chill and have a drink etc. This is a awesome hostel for great price

Very poor sound system, Mp3 dj's and bartunders who don't make the difference between vodka and gin. You are very welcome ;-) cheers
