Having moved outside this area, it has been nearly 2 years since we have visited Les Planches. We found out that they recently acquired a new chef, and he is wonderful. The selection was perfect and the quality of high caliber. There are also other very good restaurants in Sainte Maxime, but now this is our favorite. Dining in an intimate environment at the water's edge of the Mediterranean Sea is an event in itself. the good part is the kitchen. top! service lamentable, except the female « serve «, which finally solved our problem. we were exposed to a blazing disco as music came out of the inner, so normal conversation in the terrases was impossible. one of my...guests tried to complain to a servant and found himself in a screaming game with the servant in a ton of the servant I have never illustrated to be possible. the weeping » serves« finally closed the sliding door, where the noise came, an act that was not one of the postages in the position of suffocating. eating was incredibly delicious.......you just have to suffer the post servants
Myself and my fiancee revisited Les Planches due to the wonderful experience we had last year... We visited on the 4th July, and I had to experience the Tuna Steak Risotto. Even though the Chef had changed from the previous year, this was still exceptional ! Had to go for the assortment of desserts, which I have uploaded a picture of, and I am sure your mouth will start watering !!

Visited on Tues 20th June in a group of 8. We ate there last year and it was great. Sound track and service were spot on. This time it was disappointing. We were crammed in one corner with other diners and service was very slow. The lobster meal came out a long time after the other 7 meals, the requested mustard didn't turn up at all. We won't be booking next year...
I've been here for many years. three years ago, just before the lock, must have been very hard for them. had some bad experiences last year, especially as they booked over and could not cope with the volume. absolutely back to his old great self now, great personal and extraordinary eating. well made with special thanks to jerry lee.
We had dinner here last Friday evening. Although it was out of season, the atmosphere was charming,warm and super friendlyWe had an amazing dinner, the food was superb. My shellfish risotto was the best I have ever eaten. We will definitely return to this little gem on the main road outside of ste Maxime
One of my favourite restaurants in Les Issambres. Great location, great host and staff. Very good food, but a little expensive. Ate there today, was warmly welcomed, but new chef? Not as good as before, sorry guys!

This is very good area , we are so happy , sea, vibes , sun , for the dinner or chill this is a very good place , the price is very normal .
Came back to les planches. After two year gap now very good food and excellent service We will be back
