The dishes are really delicious. It's Arnaud Faye, head of the starred restaurant that runs the kitchen. Likewise, pastries are pastry chef. It is very expensive (25€/wine glass) but there is something more than in a classic restaurant. Ex: bar net with citrus fruit. The kitchen is at the top level. It's a big maneuver. What a disappointment! after being served by the site for six hundred euros of bank prints (when by post the restaurant reception told us that it was complete we arrived and had a table whose view was on the toilet doors we asked if it was possible to have a table along the glass windows or the view is exceptional and we were told what bait of the night it was born! and when our part we made the opinion that the responsible person felt the ardour and made the most dsagrable! also the service does not keep the view height from far!
Coming on September 17 for our wedding anniversary, we had lunch at the ramparts, where we enjoyed an exceptional view. With an excellent meal (fish sauce, lamb shoulder and gambas) a big thank you to Maxime the sommelier for his precious help. We have lunch with my husband at the ramparts last Friday. Come without reservation, the hotel master was great and found us a table near the edge with a top view! We enjoyed ourselves, service to the top!!! I recommend. Thanks to the whole team
