It hurts to say, but this was the most REGRETTABLE food experiences I 've had. My family is against letting food go to waste if no one wants it, at least let our dog or cats have it but we ended up throwing out all the sides to the trash. Sometimes food is okay, could 've been better or just not your cup of tea, but this was downright horrendous and a waste of nearly $85. Just go to Popeye 's instead. I 'm not sure who I 'm more disappointed with: those who prepared the food or everyone that 's been giving this place four and five star reviews. I recently came here with a friend of mine and we both tried for the first time. He got the chicken sandwich and I got a four-part fried chicken (white meat) and catfish with lush puppies. My friend thought the chicken sandwich was the best he had ever tried, and miles better than all the fast foods that offered it. The whole chicken we got was perfectly juicy and kicked to perfection, everything I can say is excellent. I was glad to see the catfish and the cornea that it was a bit hard, but still great. Amazing food, great service, we went in and KNEW the food would be great. And that's it! I highly recommend checking them out, their fried chicken is to die, and all their sides are phenomenal. I absolutely enjoyed my lunch at this restaurant. It felt like I was dining at my aunt's house. The extra spicy fried chicken was perfectly crispy, juicy, and had the perfect balance of heat and spice. I paired the chicken with coleslaw, cornbread, and sweet tea. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy, making me feel right at home in my aunt's kitchen.

Very authentic New Orleans style Cajun kitchen. you won't be disappointed. Smoothed Fried chicken is one of the favorites. It's not Morton's it's a small place the server's care about the food and experience. take the time to enjoy the experience and don't fret if it takes a little bit longer its worth it

Excellent little spot for lunch or dinner. The staff ladies are extremely friendly and are happy to explain the menu to you. The food portions are huge; meats are perfectly cooked (ribs come right off the bone) and the sides are excellent (I highly recommend the mac n? cheese and the grilled sour dough).

Despite the fact that the food was okay, we were quite disappointed with our experience. We specifically ordered the white meat chicken option and paid an extra $7 for it, but half of the 12 pieces we received were actually legs. This is the best New Orleans style food I have ever eaten. The Jambalaya here has become my benchmark for excellence. The flavors are outstanding, especially when paired with the brown sugar BBQ sauce. This restaurant truly excels at what they do.
