Pho Saigon 1 - Reserva de mesa

Voted BEST of the Southland for San Fernando Valley and Ventura by the LA Times for 2023! Great family owned and authentic Vietnamese food with a diverse menu. They’re known for having some of the best pho in the valley. Their broth is top-notch! A great place for Pho in the Chatsworth area. BBQ Pork Fresh Spring Rolls with a fantastic peanut sauce Bún Bò Hué (Spicy Hue’s Beef) had a very flavorful broth that wasn’t too spicy (Got medium spice level) It came with large rice vermicelli noodles. Cơm chiên sài gòn was a combination Saigon fried rice with shrimp, pork, Vietnamese sausage and mixed veggies. My absolute favorite!! It’s a simple dish with complex flavors!!

Even though I went during lunch time, the lights were not turned on. This is my first time seeing this. The staff are very unfriendly. He looks like an angry person. The taste of the rice is almost gone. The food is delicious, but they use a lot of MSG. I have an allergy to MSG and symptoms appear when I eat more than a certain amount, so I had to lie down for 5 hours after eating the rice noodles here.

True family owned pho spot! Love it! I used to drive from Long Beach just for this spot, now I drive from DTLA because it is just too good. Everything myself and family have tried have always been so good. Prices are a little pricey but its worth it!!! Their vegan options are amazing too.

I moved to Chatsworth two years ago and I'm a huge PHO Fan....I couldn't wait to try the new place close to us w/ the Fam. Ughh.worst taste and never went back since. But I go to a vegan Thai place across the street from there Alot. Reserva una mesa ahora

Really good food and the whole place had a cool vibe to it. Unfortunately, when I took my food to go, I found a fly in the lettuce served with our egg rolls. Still willing to come back because the pho was amazing.

one of my fave places at all. definitiw my favorite live name in los angeles. the family vibe is so sweet I love it. the food is absolutely delicious

Fiance and I stumbled upon this spot last weekend. SO GOOD. The banh mi was INCREDIBLE. We live an hour away but we'll be back for sure.

consistency can be an issue. Some days the pho broth is rich and flavorful, other days it's bland. Prices are reasonable Reserva una mesa ahora
