Les Terrasses Valentré By La Chartreuse

The setting is superb : close to the bridge of Valentré and the Lot. Beautiful flowery terrace. Unfortunately the rest is not there and it is the main for a restaurant. The service is to be reviewed: a server that knows neither its card nor asks for meat cooking. My 10-year-old daughter wishes fries with her butcher’s play and is told that fries are only served with the children’s menus. Result the 3 tables next to us, adults, have had fries as accompaniment to their dishes. Cooking question is something. Not good or bad. The prices are quite correct. Anyway disappointed with this restaurant.

Restaurante com óptimas vistas e boa comida. Apesar de parecer turístico, tem pratos muito bem confeccionados e com ingredientes de boa qualidade. Pedimos uma salada com queijo rocamadour e um jambon braisé que estavam óptimos. Atendimento muito eficiente e simpático num local muito bonito. Altamente recomendado a toda a gente que queira passar um momento tranquilo e a desfrutar duma bela paisagem sobre o rio.

Excellent address we had the chance to try after a boat ride on the Lot, with family.. That local specialties and fresh products, generous portions and a lovely service... Not to mention the superb setting on the Lot and the Valentré Bridge... An exceptional moment

You can no longer reach the Lot, view on the bridge of Valentré, top cuisine and service provided by Philippe. We had a great time there. In photo the gourmet salad, gargantuesque would be more suitable

A very nice place with a view of the beautiful Lot. Beauty is also on the plates. Excellent, hearty. A staff listening and super pleasant. A place not to miss. Sandrine (Table 8)
