Catastrophic. A half hour to get the cards, and again we had to ask the staff who had obviously forgotten us. An hour later to get the entrance. This is the apparent average since we were not the only ones in this situation. The service was therefore deplorable for a restaurant listed in Michelin. Regarding the dishes a soup with the potiron that was pulling the pepper was not announced and we could not smell the potiron. For the dish half came cold. The dessert was pretty good. We arrived at 7:30 pm and left around 10:30 pm for 3 dishes. No action by staff

The main waitress was wonderful. However, the food was cold, not tasty and definitely will not come again. With a bill of 900 euros I expected a lot more! The head waitress which did not want to give me her name but she looked in charge. Has black hair and cut to the shoulders is absolutely rude and obnoxious. Very unprofessional to say the least. Will not come again!
Worth sommelier ever, ignoring us the all time, but great maitre d’hôtel who saved the situation. Food portion very small and very average but well presented. Not the kind of restaurant I like.

The map is nice, the dishes are very good. Service on the other hand... catastrophic. Many people, but very young and inexperienced. Much too many faults for the fees required. Too bad.
the best food in Alpe'd'Huez , creative dishes, great ingridients and nice bar and selection of wines. nice decor, great staff that speak english and understand clients
We were there for the 30 years of my darling and we had a great meal. Very smiling and compassionate staff. And the chief gave us taste buds. Get your eyes closed.
The food was very good with a very good service. The foie gras was delicious and the meat was very well made. I can't wait to come back!

A high quality kitchen (half board for a week) with very well worked products! Very good service, effective and smiling.
Smiling and pleasant staff. In particular, I loved the cute beef. I highly recommend this table to the Alpe d'Huez.
