first diner in this restaurant close to us .the kitchen is very good , with research in all dishes .the sommelier server wants to do well and the fact well .rapport qualité prix correct . damage , the atmosphere was a little fade , few customers this evening. it may be better one day on the terrace. and in this place it would be nice to see the chef (patron ? ) at the end of the meal.

L´Essentiel is a gem that we discovered by chance. We were so impressed that we ate there twice during our stay in Barr; Business lunch (a bargain for 20 € for 3 dishes) and tasting menu in the evening. The food was consistently of high quality and paired with excellent drink suggestions. Nice and friendly staff added to our experience!

We have dinner with hasar in this restaurant on a Saturday night. In addition to the excellent service, the meal (Geat menu) was perfect. the accord mets and wines were also well done.
Disappointing experience. It was cold, food not really hot. The food was average, nothing special. Ik you are looking for more upscale try 5 terres restaurant. Friendly staff though.

excellent value for a gourmet meal. We enjoy ourselves and enjoy coming with my husband. I recommend the eyes closed!
