Seeing on TV, two years ago. Typical framework of a time trade. Estaminet de Flanders, the shared plank was exquisite with local cheeses. My wife took a chicken in Maroilles, tender and with a just well-dobed sauce. I took the Flemish carbonnade, well spicy with an acidulated sauce.
