We have lunch on the terrace at Hotel/bistrot the stage. located in the center of the village of santenay, place of the water jet. summer atmosphere with large parasols. welcome, short waiting because of the sanitary pass formalities. bistro kitchen, we took a country paté in the entrance, then fish and chips', all good. You have to know that they don't make reservations (I don't know if it's like this all year, but at this moment we can't book a table). everything went very well, so we'll be back. That's right.
We stopped here for lunch. The frites were good but the chicken rams red like it was cooked a couple of days ago and reheated. I tried the Andouillette just to try it. I don’t know if it was typical or not as I’ve never had it before but I couldn’t eat it as it had a very funky taste. I tried to finish it but about 1/2 way through, my gorge was rising so I stopped. The three star is for the bad chicken rather than the sausage.
very pleasant stay very professional staff the owner kate is a beautiful woman, at the heart of her guests and yes it is a small brewery but not unpleasant to some, with impeccable service, a kindness to any test and a great cleanliness. the rooms are comfortable. We wish them lots of good things. and a bunch of claude and carole customers
Very nice brasserie, both for staff and manager, as for the quality of the proposed dishes (similarity, gesture, quantity . And if you go out of tasting at Mestre, it's ideal. Think about booking. Beginning of October... Indian summer on the terrace next to the water jet... as a holiday air... well-being guaranteed! I recommend.

service top prices very low for a quality of food as we have been served a selection of interesting local wines yes it is not a gastronome but a resto d stages for uncomfortable people. so stars for this kind of services
From passing to Santenay this noon we were able to have lunch at 6 , in the shade under the umbrellas , very good meals , fast service despite the world on the terrace. Nice place.
Very well located, facing a room of water in a beautiful small village. Evening meal very good. Breakfast, very good too.
