The best couscous in Albi! The welcome is always warm with a smile. This restaurant is run by a very friendly family. All is well ! The pieces of meat, the vegetables, the seasoning with a carefully measured pepper sauce (for those who like it spicy). And on top of that, the portions are very generous. It is the hallmark of the house. We won't be left hungry! We have just enjoyed a memorable 4-meat couscous to take away with all the necessary advice and this time, I say my opinion because it is not the first time I have ordered and certainly not the last!
My sister invited me on Friday noon to eat a couscous. we both choose a couscous with vegetables cooked in the meat juice. A pure delight! The boss proposed her oil to us that she herself does! we asked to take the remains to be carried if possible, what it accepted. She even added seed and vegetables to us, and gave us advice to keep the oil chilled! a couscous full of flavors to consume without moderation!
