Such friendly service in a bright, airy and lovely space. I stopped by for a to go order before catching a flight, but unfortunately spilled my entire meal onto the ground before I could even take a bite. Brenda took one look and assured me she’d place a duplicate order for me and brought it out to me right away knowing my time constraints (even when she was off the clock for a shift change)!I’m so grateful for the staff here I was able to catch my flight with a full belly thanks to them. Thank you, Brenda, for your kindness!
The food was mediocre. My chicken was deep fried and so small, I wasn't sure if it wasn't a parakeet. We requested a seating by the window with a beautiful water view but were informed that we had to be a party of 6. The restaurant was nearly empty when we dined, and the table we wanted, along with others, never had any diners. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Additionally, the table and chairs showed signs of wear, which was unexpected given the reputation of the hotel.
The food was amazing, our seats were terrific. Our server may have been by himself, but with my friend celebrating her birthday, her second drink didn't come fast enough. I really was hoping to catch the fireworks from my room, but our food, and the check didn't come fast enough. Was barely enough table touching. But working in hospitality, we're very understanding people.
Amazing alternative to the bustling Disney grounds. We were the only people there but it was a fantastic setting on the water and personalized service from a great server. Reasonable portion sizes and very tasty appetizers and entrees both. Took a short walk to Disney shopping. Highly recommend Letterpress.

The eggs were too runny for my liking, as I prefer them over medium. The restaurant was crowded that morning, but when you are spending $40 per person, you expect your eggs to be cooked correctly. Unfortunately, eggs are not something you can easily send back. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.
Excellent service. Hector went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Distinct menu options. Beautiful interior design.Vegetarian options: Charbroiled Veggies. Eggplant lasagna.Parking: All restaurant to cover parking and they do.
it was the second day opened since the shutdown and it was quite good service was great eating was ok, but the plan was very nice
Nice and quiet place to have breakfast or dinner. Prices are not too bad and the food is good quality. Good service as well!

Grace was the best server ever. We have eaten here four times and by far she was the most pleasant. She needs a raise!!
This restaurant is excellent for those staying at Buena Vista Palace or in the surrounding area.
