Leverock's Great Seafood

We had a really nice dinner at Leverock's tonight. It's not a super fancy place, but you're here for the food. Everything fresh seafood is on the menu here. The chowder to start was very nice. I got the San Francisco platter, and it was very tasty, although the breadcrumbs didn't really add a lot to it. The seafood was very fresh and high quality. The portions are big and the prices are in line with that. Service was OK, they were stretched a bit thin like most other places. The other part of the experience was the other patrons there were a lot of loud talkers and I now know a LOT about their families. This was a nice choice for seafood in the area.

Not worth the trip! Service was good. The Caesars salad was the highlight of the meal. I had the triple seafood platter with crab cake, signature salmon and shrimp. The crab cake was a total disappointment as it had little flavor, deep fried, and had imported crabmeat. Salmon was not to my liking either. Cooked with a heavy onion base and only tasted like onions. The breaded shrimp were good. My date ordered the fish and chips with cod. It looked good with a nice crusty coating, but the fish inside was very mushy and runny! I won't go back! Try someplace else!

We were seated immediately on a Wednesday afternoon around 5 PM. We ordered the Baltimore platter, but I have to say, as someone born and raised in Baltimore, the crab cake did not taste like anything from Maryland at all—it was really disappointing. On a positive note, the lobster bisque was quite good, and my husband enjoyed it. However, our waitress could use some improvement in her people skills; she had a bit of an attitude. Since we’re here for a getaway, we won’t be returning to this restaurant.

We had a party of three for dinner on a Friday although “full”, we had no wait for a booth. Rachel was over quickly; right away we could tell she enjoys what she does. She quickly got our orders; the chowder and hush puppies were a great way to start. Bread and warm dipping oil was an added treat. Our entrees were fantastic! We had to get our desserts to go to savor for later. Definitely a good restaurant with good service definitely a do over next time we are here. Reserva una mesa ahora

Our dinner started out great! We ordered calamari and escargot! It was delicious l! The calamari was perfect and I couldn't get enough of the garlic butter! Then came the entrees. My husband had the crab cake which was ok..and I had some kind of casserole that consisted of rice, shrimp, and fish. It was awful..the fish tasted bad and the shrimp was salty. The waiter we had was super nice and didn't charge us for the casserole dish.

The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful. The menu offers a wide variety of options, ensuring there's something for everyone. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back the next time we're in St. Pete. Here’s a picture of Jason's scrod with lobster sauce.

this place will throw axes. tony our server was fantastic. we had dynamit garnel and a garnel cocktail for apps. I ordered the saute garnel and the woman salmon del rico. eating was hot and delish. the price was also very easy on my wallet. all this and the place was packed

This is the last remaining Leverocks! We had fried combination plates and everything was good. Service was great and maybe they will tell you about the salt shaker bat signal ; FWIW the world famous peanut butter pie and Key Lime is good but not world famous. Reserva una mesa ahora

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! Jake was an attentive and excellent waiter. Our family of four visited on a weekday in July around 6 PM. The scallops and shrimp were fantastic, and the Oysters Rockefeller were a huge hit!

I was often here and never had a bad experience! eating is wonderful. my favorites are scrod jason and onion advised lachs. clam chowde is always delicious! all servers are great!
