Excellent as always. We are never disappointed by Evidence. An aperitif to dessert. Discovery of the tasteful and tender merlan (beef) paved with dessert, a fresh sweetness. The boss always cares about his clients. Thanks to the chef for the quality of his dishes. Evidence is an address not to be missed.
