We stayed during the weekend of the climb (2 nights) and were seduced by the setting of this hotel and the beauty of the castle. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome and usefulness of the staff. dinner was a hearty and refined, professional and fast service. We were able to tell the story of the castle. The bedding was comfortable and clean. the cracks of the parquet and stairs bring a touch of authenticity to this old castle of the Middle Ages. breakfast was rich and varied, the tables were prepared and the waitress smiling and attentive. the small dish concerns the wifi network where we couldn't connect.

Beautiful place to eat typically Norman and to sleep. Lovers of old stones and historic buildings will enjoy having a good time. Bricquebec and Cotentin (i.e. the top of the Manche department). La Manche is made up of three regions. Cotentin (North) the Plain and its marshes (Center) Avranchin including Mont Saint Michel) are full of superb sites and landscapes. The best season is probably the first half of September. The West Coast is an ersatz Ireland. Particularly the bay of ECALGRAIN! . The oysters of Saint Vaast la Hougue are delicious as well as the mussels. Good walks and good tastings.

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin peninsula, we were delighted to become a châtelain for a few days! The castle is magnificent, the spacious and well-aged rooms, modern in a medieval place. Breakfast is very nice, and the staff in small care for their guests.Thank you to our very pleasant and dynamic young guests! Don't change! Our only flat will be the end of the restaurant in the castle, and it's a shame given the majestic setting! But the service is filled by the choice around, and it was appreciated! We will return with pleasure to the Knight's Castle at the Vert-Lion!

Beautiful hotel in this former castle located in the medieval village of Bricquebec. Quiet room. Nice breakfast room located in the old knight room. Too bad this hotel doesn't make a restaurant anymore.
