Pro: The place is clean. Con: The servers were not nice and not attentive at all. My husband is French and we both speak French and we definitely not looked like tourists. Food was not good at all. The Tart Flambee nature is dry and no taste. The mutton stick/skew was tasteless, no sauce to serve all and the side dish was a big bunch of ugly canned bean is really a joke. My husband took the pastry with chicken Francaise but the server placed a wrong order or the kitchen made a wrong food, whatever, waited for another 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the pastries were too much of the sauce overflew as messy, and no taste either. We went this restaurant because it was the only one open in a December...
The hotel is well-kept, the waitresses are friendly but fortunately there wasn't a lot of people in my opinion... A big flat on the torched pie dough that's nothing but pizza dough! Stay very friendly. Beautiful room and terrace outside the street. Very clean. A varied menu with mainly flambées pies (very good) and pizzas. Cut to the queen: copiers. Gastronomic coffee served with 3 dessert ramequins. Very good service. Very good price.

Very good restaurant in Wissembourg. Always a pleasure coming back here. Flame pies are very good. I find a big plus to get the oven in Tarte Flambée and Pizza in the middle of the restaurant. A Counsellor
