I arrived alone at 850pm, having been on and off airplanes since 6am. Tired, ready for a glass of wine and a nice dinner! Restaurant appeared upscale, but comfortable. I sat myself, waitress hollered to me from a separate room. Finally she came to my table and asked if I would like a menu. Yes? And a glass of water to begin, please. She fetched me one. She came back to take my order. I ordered a Steak Frites, medium rare, and a glass of wine. Steak Frites arrived by the chef, rather well done I found a moment later, but still no wine. Do not bother. Parking is confusing- we drove around twice to find limited parking, no valet came out to greet us- so my husband had to get out and walk into the hotel to figure out where to park the car. The lighting was too bright, a server never came to our table. We waited more than minutes, watched at least three different servers pass by our table. Never even got to place a drink order. The menu was extremely limited but we clearly didnât even get to order. We ended up just walking out and headed to Mortonâs next door where we got served right away and had a delicious meal.
Ate here after a rough day with a cancelled airline flight and an unplanned stay in Chicago. I was not in a good mood. Liberty Tavern cheered me up. Great food, great service, and an outstanding bar tender. If I get caught having to stay at the Rosemont again, I won't complain at all.
we ate the breakfast buffet, which is really just the standard hotel buffet. they will wait for real tellers, cute tassen. service is very good. price for the buffet is $26 . I saw a menu on the line thought it was $17, but that was obvious for the nebraska location.

I had a reservation for 10 people at 10:45 on Mothers Day. We arrived a few minutes late and they told us they were closed. Would not seat us. I think this as much an Open Table issue but still!
The staff were so attentive and intent on assuring our experience was positive. Every meal ordered by our party was exceptional!
Our number of people changed last minute to 7 people and they handled it no problem. Great service, very smooth, great meal.
The food was okay, not a lot of flavor. The service was top notch, excellent friendly service.
