Life Italian Restaurant

This place is underwhelming and has a feeling of inauthenticity. They are trying really hard to be an Italian restaurant, but succeed only in pulling off a mediocre version of it. The decor and music were thrown together. I swear they just googled “Italian music” on YouTube and let it play on a loop. The prices do not reflect the quality (or, i should say, the lack thereof). An example of this would be the 14 dollar kids chicken fingers (which were not special, or the 8 dollar lava cake that was straight from the package). The food tastes bland and not freshly prepared. The service was slow and inefficient. I would certainly not recommend.

If you want a tantalizing Italian food experience this is the place. The Veal Malasa to die for, your taste buds will dance with flavour keep you wanting more. My hubby had “Meatballs Spegetti” I know it sounds simple but the flavour in the meatballs was outstanding! To top it all off with Tirmasu for a perfect dessert, what a lovely meal. Service was great, chef outdid herself! Well worth the trip!

Have eaten in restauraunt in the past and enjoyed. Last night decided to have the food delivered (Covid 19). What a disappointment. Nothing tasted fresh. It wasn 't hot. Have had a better meal with leftovers from our own fridge. Should have been suspicous when the Skip The Dishes tracker showed our driver picking up just ten minutes after we ordered. Obviously not freshly prepared.

We went to this hidden gem on a quiet Sunday evening on a long weekend. There were very few people and it had only one lady serving the restaurant but it went very smoothly. The menu is not too large but we were able to find enough on the menu to make everyone happy. All five of us had excellent meals and could not find anything to complain about. We will definately be back.

This has been our place to order from during covid. The food always arrives hot and fresh. We've tried many dishes but my wife loves the lasagna and I like the penne salsiccia arrabbiata with extra sausage. This is always two meals for the both of us. Just as good the next day!

I have lived in Edmonton for eight years now. My background is restaurants and I was really looking forward to trying some authentic Italian cuisine but I have NEVER been treated with more disrespect OR indifference than at this establishment. I walked out without eating.

Went with my hubby for a date. Restaurant is very romantic and a great ambiance. Waitress was very eager to please even though there was a language barrier. Food was ok but not blow your socks off

I have used skip the dishes to deliver my culinary delights! The dishes my daughter and I have tried have been Amazing. Not gonna lie this is my new go to for Italian!

Quiet low key place. Great selection of pasta and food was delicious. Friendly service not overly fast but a nice atmosphere.
