We went to likoké following a recommendation from a few friends, but honestly I didn’t know it was Colombian and Venezuelan cuisine, if I knew I wouldn’t have been there because I don’t like exoticism. However, after the second dish, I began to love it because everything is very well prepared. the kindness of m. huysentruyt and all his assistants and the incredible wines we have bus, something rare and very positive.
This gourmet restaurant is an incredible experience. Probably one of the most beautiful decouverts, whether in the plate or in the atmosphere and dynamics of the team. It's hard to say what dishes we've made, they were amazing. A mellow and unpublished makeleine to finish with finesse and greed. Congratulations to the whole team.
