I was looking for cheesesteaks near my work and came across this place. Saw that it has an online ordering process through ChowNow, so I placed an order for two cheesesteaks, fries and chips. I'm super excited to try them and I get the confirmation telling me when it will be ready and where to go to get it. I drive over and notice that it took me to a different business, Broderick's, and also that the building has been shut down! Me and my partner are stunned. I call the number on the receipt and a different Broderick's location answers, tell me that the location I am at had been closed down for some time. I ask for them to cancel my order and they said they can't find any orders from ChowNo...
However, when I drove over to collect my order, I discovered that the GPS directed me to a different business, Broderick's, and the building was closed down! My friend and I were shocked. I called the number on the receipt, and a different Broderick's location answered. They informed me that the site I had gone to had been shut down for a while.
I requested to cancel my order, but they couldn't locate any orders from ChowNow and advised me to reach out to them instead. I did just that, only to receive a response stating they couldn't cancel or refund my order because the restaurant had already prepared my food—despite the fact that there was nothing made, as the place was closed! I explaine...
Ordered online and was told to come pick up in about 30min (not biggie that's normal) got here about 40min after I ordered and was told that they forgot to put in the order. Now I'm waiting twice as long (it's been over an hour) and I'm still waiting. This place is not a standalone restaurant and is operated within Broderick midtown. This is just a mess. I just got home and realized the made the wrong cheesesteak for one of my sandwiches. They taste good but I would not recommend this place as you don't know what you'll get or how long you'll have to wait.
My first time ordering from Lil Joe's it was amazing! I paid for double mushrooms and got so many mushrooms that I thought ordering it with regular amount of mushrooms would be nice. I got my sandwich delivered today and there are less than a dozen mushroom slices in it, it is all peppers. There is not a working phone number to contact the company. I am very very disappointed! If this is how it comes I will not be ordering again! It's even more disappointing that you cannot actually contact the company to let them know!

I've had lil joes a few times and had a really positive experience, but the last few times have been so bad I will not be purchasing again. Dry chewy meat, undercooked onions, and missing part of the order consistently. I ordered from DoorDash and I think they might be operating out of a satellite kitchen, if that's the case management should check for quality control against the main location. Pretty disappointed since I used to rave about them.
One of the best outcomes of the pandemic has been the pop-up events at Brodericks, and this is definitely one of them. The cheesesteaks are absolutely fantastic. The meat is full of flavor, they use authentic cheese whiz, and the hot and sweet pickled peppers are spot on. It truly has everything I could ask for!
Massive drop in quality. Soggy fries every time, two totally different rolls for a single 12 inch sandwich. Bread overcooked and crispy. Meat is DRY and unseasoned. And cheese is not a guarantee. Onions and peppers are bland and poorly cooked. It's all just plain bad. Really sad fall over the year.
This place is very unprofessional I walked out with five Dashers waited 30 minutes we never got our food you should turn off your app and stop collecting money if you can’t provide the service you’re wasting everybody’s time. Get it together or stop doing what you’re doing

The cheesesteak was quite bland—it's as if they have never heard of salt. The fries were obviously burnt, yet they still served them.
Place is closed and still taking orders on Postmates, and the address is listed wrong and they don’t answer the phone. Avoid.
