L'île - Reserva de mesa

Very disappointed. Very bad and inattentive attitude towards customers. A ruined birthday party. We booked a week in advance for a 7-covered dinner, stating that it was for a birthday. The person did not note this and therefore did not take into account our request for a cake. It's only the day before we were told it wasn't planned. We proposed to bring the cake and we were asked to pay in addition to 9 euros per person. We looked for a solution but we hung up the phone... For us this anniversary was very important as we said, because the person we wanted to celebrate is cancer and must be operated in January. But no compassion for this team's mistake.

Une usine !beaucoup trop de monde une restaurant trop grand c’est bien dommage l’esprit l’île est perdu. La cuisine reste très bonne et généreuse ! Les serveurs étaient pro et réactifs. MAIS ATTENTION : Un service voiturier déplorable…une rayure sur la voiture et un voiturier désinvolte répondant aux clients ! C’est fort de café surtout pour un « service » à 10 euro ! La voiture ne nous a même pas été rapportée par le voiturier mais nous même devant le restaurant.

A nice restaurant! We are not tired of enjoying the decor or rather the decor because the vast spaces that welcome the clientele are different. “Magnificent” also, the kindness and little attention of the servers and the executive team who have proved during our meal the concern they have of the client’s satisfaction. Bravo! As for dinner, the kitchen is classic, generous and good but nothing exceptional. The valve service is proposed.
