Joined a friend for lunch mid-week and restaurant was empty for at least half an hour while we were there. For a waterfront city, Sarnia needs to tout its best and this place is an example of how no-one could find it except for the locals. No exciting sign outside promising some great food experience inside. How can visitors to the city look down the length of the main street and be encouraged to even take a stroll when this place is less than half-way and could entice business. I digress. I often judge the quality of food in a restaurant by their Caesar salad and my friend and I both ordered half a lunch size, she with a side of chicken. What a fantastic meal! This intimate restaurant is a great destination in Sarnia. It's located near the local theatre and just one block away from the river. Parking was plentiful on the street and there is further parking underground in the adjacent mall. It was quite busy and I was glad we made a reservation. Our server, Ginger, was knowledgeable, professional and fun. I ordered one of their two special entrees, the blackened salmon. Wow! It was perfectly cooked, beautifully plated and accompanied by rice, green beans, beetroot, shallots, squash and a mango salsa. We went to Limbo to celebrate a birthday. Unforunately, there was a thunderstorm at the time, and the place was sparsely populated. Nonetheless, the food was great and the service was good. I ordered the beef tenderloin entree and that was amazingly delicious. It is a small place from the outside, but larger in the inside with an extra room for larger party groups. Comparable to Lola's Lounge. Try Limbo Lounge when in looking for a good dining venue in Sarnia.

My husband and I recently took our friend to Sarnia while he was visiting. We wanted to go somewhere nice for dinner but never had been to Limbos. We had a great time. The venue has a nice warm feeling. I like the open concept bar and dining experience. The food was Phenomenal. We will definitely be going back soon! Reserva una mesa ahora

The sister restaurant to Sideways Grill the food here is just as good. The service was great and so was the chicken pad thai. The portion was quite large.

Service, absolutely horrible. Waited and waited for food, people who came in 30 minutes after we did were served before us. Food, was ok.

Visited Limbo's for a business dinner in early April 2017. Had an awesome porterhouse. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
