First off? The food is not good. It lacks salt and taste. Curry is spices not a seasoning, you need to season the meat correctly and over salt it a bit because you add it to water to cook after roasting. If you don't know there's another cook? Secondly, the meats are not thoroughly cooked. The goat is too hard. Curry chicken bleeding through the bone. This must be the worst rice and the peas of any culture at all! The plantain is chewing so that the cook does not even know how to choose or cook ripe enough plantain?. If I could give zero stars, I would, because it doesn't deserve the 1st?. I've been a long time customer of Limin's back in the day when they were Caribbean Cuisine and purchased roti skins for parties.
