my original review was (big employee because I always treated with the same guy on the drive through the window, but today I had to meet Veronica smh where they found it? I move to the window after the order of 2 meals and she opens the window and doesn't even look at me as she tries with her friend in spanish with my hand from the window to give her money, she finally takes the money I'm going to ask her about the wobbly rings that I have ordered and everything I'm getting ready to talk to her as I said she was sorry about the noou that not what I wanted to ask so that I told her, no I wanted to ask if u can make sure that they are fresh and I swear that they rolled their eyes on me and sai...
Always horrible customer service here. Recently ordered on the app for pick up. Waited 10 minutes in the pick up area before someone finally acknowledged me. And when I asked for 1 extra of each sauce I already had they tried to charge me for them. Even after I explained I had been ignored for so long and that this would be a fine way to make it right for me. Staff needs a new customer service class or something.
When the young man handed me the bag of food at the window I noticed the bottom of the bag was full of greese. I opened the bag to find he put the French fries upside-down and when I asked him if this is how they 're supposed to be he said yes. I then showed him that if I take the package out all the fries will fall through all the other food, his reply my bad !?!??
I've honestly never seen a staff so intent on keeping their backs to the customer. They will literally turn around, see you waiting for service, look you dead in the eye, and then turn their backs to you, all while doing absolutely nothing. There's a reason this place is so slow. The ability to do more than ONE thing at once is lost on them

First , and last time visiting this location the employees are super rude , they don’t seem to have any customer service experience . While my visit I noticed how employees where extremely rude to most of the clients visiting . Will not visit this location again . Hygiene speaking will give a 0 !!!! The bathroom was disgusting .
the half of my order is missing and no one takes the phone off! eating my child isn't here, my hay fever isn't here, my drinks aren't here. the door Dash type did not say his problem that I must call the load. I can't go, how can I get my lunch?
It's burger king. Acceptable quality fast food. Service though is poor at best. It seems like they are understaffed and running in 5 different directions at once and yet service is still slow.
the burgers we ordered, tasted absolutely disgusting! that was the third time in order (3 streiks and you're out) we wouldn't eat again at this place, even if they paid for it.

I received a different order from mine and when i complained about it they told me that i should be clear? More clear than saying number 7 and get a 10?.
