Friday 15th October at 9pm...We wanted to take advantage of the Pub side.We were together. I specify that I was in the Barmaid trade and rank leader)The empty Pub room and the restaurant 3 or 4 tables. The waitress put a few minutes to welcome us without a smile) and placed us in the room, gave us the cards without a word. Waiting for more than 10 minutes without seeing people, we went out when she arrived for our order, I wanted to know an information about the map, she had to call a colleague who came to tell me that there was no longer the requested product... Instead of taking the order, the gentleman starts to leave before I tell him that we would order after 20 minutes sitting without...
Food properly seasoned. We had the small charcuterie board, and that can easily be large enough for 3-4 people as an appetizer. I got a filled of trout, and it was nicely seasoned and came with lots of veggies. Kid got the burger, and it was ok. Hubby got steak that was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Great service.
The chief needs training. We do not present in an entrance a large piece of feta at the top of the plate... the same for the underside: we do not put large pieces of uncut peppers.. My husband: a hard egg at the entrance: bof... For the dish it's the same. Large part of fish on a bed of boiled carrots (no taste)...
