We had a group of 11 order the main course on a Friday night. The place had good portions, nice service and atmosphere. The food was another story. Our group absolutely demolished every last trace of Lindey 's mashed potatoes, the same can 't be said for the medium rare Lindey 's Special Sirloin. I 've only eaten medium rare since I could walk and never have had a steak as red and raw in the center. We burned more calories chewing than by absorbing everything. The silver lining was the sirloin 's rich and buttery aujuis which enhanced the button mushrooms and made for a nice gravy on the potatoes.The medium rare seems more 'rare ' and red-centered than most places. I simply don't get the allure of this place. It does have a rather charming, (but loud), atmosphere and really good service. The food, however, was another story. $42 for a sirloin steak that gave your jaw a real workout! Bland, tasteless shrimp that was swimming in greasy liquid. A bright spot was the potatoes; a more apt description than hashbrowns as described on the menu board, would be skin-on mashed potatoes. They were quite tasty. The salad was edible, but nothing special. With only 4 entrees on the menu, each one should be remarkable. They were far from it. I'm in no hurry to return.
Ordered this through Grubhub. I was shocked to see that there was only one steak on the menu. I was even more shocked to see that the only steak they serve was a sirloin. I mean if you are going to serve just one steak you should pick new York strip or ribeye or something. The steak tasted like a low quality piece of steak, which it was.
The mushrooms, salad, and garlic bread are all very tasty. The steak (Lindey’s Special Sirloin) was juicy, tender, and well seasoned with a nice char.

This is a classic steakhouse supper club, a rarity these days. When you order your steak rare, that's exactly what you get. Absolutely fantastic!
Amazing steak, perfectly done. The potatoes were great. I felt the salad was the only thing lacking. We will be back at some point
They serve you a steak the size of a human infant. Of course they're getting five stars. Hot sides, cold drinks, dimly lit vibes.
A good place for a great steak. And good filling sides. You won't go away hungry. I always seem to bring leftovers home.

Wife took me here for a birthday steak and was really among the best I've had!!
