LCW is outstanding! It’s an incredibly well executed speciality coffee venue that’s to be found in a surprising location off Lindfield high street. I’m confident that the closest comparably good speciality cafe is in Brighton, so LCW really occupies a special niche in the local market. There’s MINCKA in Haywards Heath, and also a Sussex Coffee Trucks wagon on Burrell Road (which serves LCW coffee! , but neither of them are on a par with LCW’s cafe in Lindfield. The Sussex Coffee Trucks coffee is of a high standard, but it’s a different proposition to LCW’s cafe since it’s takeaway only. The attention to detail in terms of design, etc., is excellent; the baristas seem knowledgable and compete...
This coffee shop is such a good pit stop for a coffee and a sweet treat. Service with a smile what beats that in customer service. My son ordered the chocolate orange Oreo slice and he said it was YUMMY and the Portion was a VERY GOOD. I ordered a oat milk iced latte and it was so REFRESHING and the presentation was simplistic and it worked. The whole atmosphere of this place is so inviting with good music and calming lights it gives you a place where you can really relax and enjoy a coffee and a chat with friends or complete work or study. If you’re on the local area please give this place a visit as it is an amazing place to grab some you time and a cup of coffee I WOULD HAVE PUT SIX STARS...
Lindfield's largest and top coffee shop is located in a trendy industrial building near the high street, with ample space for customers. The breakfast and lunch options are great, while the cakes are decent. The establishment is run efficiently by the owner, with a pleasant and youthful staff. The mornings are popular with young mothers, afternoons see many home workers, and weekends attract families and cyclists. Unfortunately, food service ends at 3pm.
I received a bag of their coffee beans as a Christmas gift and was finally able to visit the restaurant. It's a really nice place with a great atmosphere. The coffee was delicious, and the salad special that day was unexpectedly fantastic. It had tasty flavors, including quinoa, roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, and crumbled feta. The coffee at this restaurant is exceptional, as is the service provided. They excel in roasting whole beans, comparable to some of the best I have tried. Their brewing tips are fantastic, and they offer free delivery within an 8 mile radius of the shop. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable. They offer a variety of single origin coffees, with a strong emphasis on seasonal turnover.
