Lio - Reservar una mesa

I don't often write reviews as you can see from here, only when the food place is outstanding. In the case Restaurante Taperia Lio is both. An English menu helps with all the allergy ingredient information clearly labelled. The place, the food, quality of ingredients and the attention to detail is flawless. The staff are friendly and helpful. A nice little side street a minute from Place Mayor. I highly recommend a visit.

A friendly welcome from Corvi who seated us inside. He was so thoughtful in speaking English which helped us. We shared a great range of tapas. Ensalada of the day which was avocado and octopus; potato bravas and a hamburger. Tasty and excellent value. Only negative was a rude man smoking inside next to our table sadly you can't teach manners.

Had a fantastic and good value lunch here today. Plenty of choices on the menu and all had English translations and allergy symbols so it made choosing easy and tricky at the same time! Highlights were the pulpo (octopus) and pork cheeks. If we were in Salamanca for any longer at all then we would def return.

this must be one of the best tapas restaurants in town. I dont understand why it never comes up in a search? why do only the touristy ones appear all the time? this I can recommend- delicious, good service, not too pricey, tables outside- lovely!

We had a great meal. Staff were really friendly and helpful! Would certainly go again to this little gem of a restaurant. Certainly good value for money!
