L'italiano Trattoria

A couple of weeks ago, my family and I stopped for an early dinner to celebrate my dad's birthday. The place had only other 4 patrons eating at the time, however, the manager stopped us at the door so she could check if there were any tables available.She then proceeded to offer us the table by the open door (it was cold and we came with a baby) which was getting the worstglare of the afternoon sun, I'm pretty sure she thought we wouldn't take the table and we'd just leave. We had just come frompumpkin picking so we weren't dressed in gowns tuxedos, but the other two diners there were in sweatpants so it couldn't havebeen the dress code that upset the manager. The food was ok, the only positive thing was the waiter. Needless to say, we didn'tstay for dessert and we won't be going back. Learn to treat your customers better, especially in a diverse neighborhood!

The food and the service were spectacular. We were greeted and accommodated for immediately upon entry. The dining room felt like you were home with family, and the staff treated you as such. Family owned; a local treasure! Word of advice- you wantdessert!!

This dish was supposed to come with garlic oil (I think) but I wanted red tomato sauce instead. Waiter said I got you! he delivered. Was it good? I 'll let the picture speak for itself!

Wonderful family owned Sicilian restaurant. The closest thing you can get to an authentic home cooked Italian meal at a restaurant.

Every meal has been excellent with equally good service! Such unfailing consistency is indeed rare these days!
