I've been coming up to this lunch nugget for the past 6 months. I'm in Westport nearly every week and if it is around lunch time, Little Beet is a great place to come to.I'm surprised ratings are not higher.The food is superb. I alternate between the Beet Falafel bowl, Paleo bowl, and the Chef's Soup bowl which is butternut squash poured over roast chicken with rice and other healthy greens. The food is delicious. Often i pick up lunch to bring to one of my kids when i head south. David is the general manager and a very nice guy. He remembers my name, they bring the food to the table if you eat inside. This location has serious issues with its food safety and quality. We’ve tried the food here 5 times as a family and each time is worse than the next. Most recently my family member had to throw away their meal due to rotten (yes rotten) ingredients. This is so sad and unfortunate because we desperately need allergen safe dining options. Just terribly disappointed. We will no longer patronize this business, which is also sad.
Little Beet is the most empathetic and accommodating restaurant in Southern Connecticut for people with food allergies. I am raising a boy with egg, wheat, and peanut allergies and I can always count on this place to make my son feel safe. I am so thankful for this place!
This place is great. I had a really big order for 10 people and they were super fast plus, the food is amazing! SO many vegan options, which is great when you're feeding a group with mixed dietary needs.

The food here is fantastic! You don't need to be a fan of beets to enjoy the menu, as everything is delicious! The Brussels sprouts and sweet potato served on quinoa with chimichurri is simply amazing!
The food was disappointing; the chicken was greasy and had an unpleasant slimy skin. The beets and grains were decent, but overall, it was not a satisfying experience.
I love Little Beet! The food is always fresh and delicious. Staff is so kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a healthy bite.
