I ordered a pizza, Crazy Bread, and two small sodas for delivery. When the order arrived, I noticed that the delivery driver was missing my second drink. I placed my order through the app, but since the store partners with DoorDash, a dasher delivered it. My husband visited the Little Caesars in Mt. Washington, next to Kroger, on December 30, 2023. The website lists the hours of operation, indicating a 10:00 p.m. closing time. He entered the store at 9:30 p.m. to pick up a couple of pizzas but was told that they had already cleaned up and were unable to serve him. When he asked the young man if he could order online instead, he was told, "Yes, because you ordered online, I’d have to fill the order." Is it just me, or does this situation seem puzzling? I didn't have the Gumption To even call because the young lady in the drive through was so sweet and kind. Having said that the pretzel crust was raw on the bottom. The pizza was not sliced all the way through. It was a big mess trying to get it out of the box to Eat. This has happened twice in the last several years and that is not a bad Percentage considering how often we get pizza there I did call the first time it happened and they replaced it but this time I just didn't care enough We ate the bread sticks which were delicious and called it a day day.
Food is actually pretty nice for what you get, went in and got their veggie pizza but went with the pretzel crust this time, and it was actually pretty decent! Also got the garlic parm wings and they were a lil dry but tasted good, id give them a 4 star. The one top thing i recommend is the twix brookie, that thing is dangerous. overall pretty decent food, nice staff, and decent timing on cooking time

I had a craving for some crazy bread, so I decided to visit this place the other night. I absolutely loved it; it was perfectly crispy, just the way I like my cheesy bread. I really enjoy Little Caesar's, although I believe no one out-pizzas the Hut. I'm giving it 4 stars!
The pizza was tasty, but when I sampled the crazy bread, I discovered a thick piece of plastic in my food. At first, I assumed it was just cheese or some other baked bits, but the wide and dense texture made me suspect it might have come from a pan or utensil instead.
"When there are customers waiting for pizzas, it feels like the staff is just sitting around, goofing off, and distracted by their phones. Every single person there tonight was on their device. This is completely unacceptable."
The food at this restaurant is quite good if you don't feel like cooking at home. The pastries are incredible. Do kids still say that these days?

I had to wait 30 minutes for a pizza that is supposed to be hot and ready every time at this location.
The Manager Josh is great! Awesome pizza and very professional.
