March 23,2022 Wow. This was my fourth time to go to this place and I went in the afternoon as I was in the area as always it is very clean and super customer service. My order was correct and it was fast service. I ordered a deep plate of cheese pizza with mushrooms, black olives and extra cheese, an Italian cheese bread with sauce and two delicious orders from garlic parmesan wings. I was satisfied with my order and will continue to go to this page. Oh and I only realized today that they had a drive-thru that it was moving fast.
There are some small Caesars places that are all about the same distance from my house. The Hamtramck location is convenient because of the drive-thru, but they always get my order wrong; never cut through the pizza; and when I order butter and parm on the whole cake... It's never on the crust... even if I specifically ask for the crust. Highland Park has the best pizzas, and has many employees, but often the order wrong also... but the owner is more customer service driven than Hamtramck. Warren Ave is a tragedy.
In the drive-thru ordered and was told that I had to wait a little and park. Waiting and waiting, and apparently the person who took my order (and money) went for a break. I have straightened it, with a fresh HOT pizza, and have to say where else you can get a pizza for this price that also tastes good! It wasn't like being a car, but they took care of doing it right.
