I wanted to Give a compliment to the staff particularly the cashier in the front. I don’t know his name but me and my wife went there on Thursday, March 6 around 7 o’clock. I would like for upper management to at least give him some recognition to his hard work that Worker is an asset to the company. The area of that location is not the best, but his attitude was very, very welcoming and pleasant. I would say the whole staff is from seeing the other two workers in the back they seem very professional. The food was very good, but I actually just wanted to give my experience with the workers because I feel that they have a hard time that location seems as if it gets a lot of business And a lot...
Their evening manager has horrible customer service , beyond ignorant she didn?t want to take my order because I asked her why is she using a calculator to take my total instead of the register? I don?t think there was anything wrong with my question. ButI surly didn?t appreciate that at all especially for that being my first time going there I definitely won?t be back . Corporateshould be more careful with who they decide to bring on their team . I?m very disappointed and concerned with that womanmanagement skills . That is an easy way to lose out on money . That woman doesn?t deserve to be apart of that establishment .
The food is not good here at all. We found hair all in the sauce under the cheese when we got home. My sister ordered from the same place through uber and had hair in hers as well. The cashier are so nice and friendly all of the time. But to be honest that was the first bad experience we had there. Every other time the food was okay. The food was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, and the service was exceptional. However, the atmosphere was overwhelming. As soon as you arrive at the restaurant, you're confronted with a barrage of people asking for help in both directions, which is quite frustrating. Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done about this!

The prices weren't impressive, and the service has declined since they increased the rates. It was very slow, despite there not being a long wait. There were also technical issues with the registration system, which made for a disappointing experience overall.
I ordered two supposedly "Hot-N-Ready" pies, but they arrived completely cold. I also requested the Crazy Bread with marinara sauce, but the sauce was actually frozen. Additionally, the cookie brownie was undercooked and completely raw.
The pizza was absolutely delicious! I really appreciated the quality and freshness of the ingredients. However, they could be more friendly towards their customers. Overall, I would rate the food a 5/5.
Not impressed prices had to be raised.... services wasn't as good as it was before they raised the prices. Very slow not a long line. Technical issues with register or so.ething. bad experience.
