This location is terrible! I placed an order on the app and my mom went to pick up when it said it was ready. They told her to pull around up front and they would bring it out. After 20 minutes she went in and they said yea it's been waiting for ya. So rude! The order was wrong also, they forgot an entire pizza and when I called to ask the manager for a refund he refused the refund or to give his name! Whoever was working November 23 2021 at 9 pm as the manager was plain rude and he needs to chose another career. Customer service takes patience and apologies when you mess up! For a small town this is so sad! Toledo does so much better and they are actually busy?
I went thru the drive thru, 5$pizza handed girl 20.$and exact change. She took my money put it in her drawer and spun around grabbed a pizza and handed it to me. I drove away Not realizing that she had 15.00$ of mine until I was almost home. Now I don't know if she will be able to remember me, but she is over on her till,if she does that to everyone she's making a killing. If anyone of importance reads this story She is stealing from everyone of your customers. ??
This location is quite small, but it does have a drive-thru and an option for online ordering. My pizza was just right and arrived on time. I would have given a higher rating if they hadn't mistakenly handed all 8 of my pizzas to someone else.
Extremely rude. Lady working the drive-thru would cut me off repeatedly. I have a lot of patience for customer service workers but the girl with the puffy red face was absolutely awful.

I ordered pizza and Crazy Bread for my kids to take to the park, and I was really disappointed to find out that three pieces of Crazy Bread cost $10! Are you serious?!?

Undercooked dough. It's so raw that you can still see the wet dough. It’s a disappointing day for our hometown Pizzeria.
