Wow! There’s been a big change! The restaurant has new ownership, and the quality of the pizza has greatly improved. The manager and assistant manager are fantastic! The young assistant manager has a great attitude and brings a smile to everyone’s face. He truly cares about his job, and it shows in the service he provides. The general manager was also present during my visit, and you can feel the passion and dedication he brings to the team. The female manager is very sincere and genuinely cares about her customers. I had an amazing experience! A server I hadn't encountered before took care of me, and he was fantastic! He was friendly, quick, and really knowledgeable. I barely had to wait for the best tasting and best made pizza I've ever had from there! His name is Peter, and I hope to see him on my next visit. I'm already looking forward to satisfying my craving for pizza, wings, and breadsticks!
Had the perfect experience! A guy I haven?t seen before took care of me, he was awesome! Friendly fast and experienced, barely had to wait for the best tasting and best made pizza I ever got from there! I even got his name, Peter. Hope to see him on my next visit! Can?t wait until the craving for pizza wings and breadsticks hit ?
The service was disrespectful. I placed my order over the phone, but when I arrived to pick it up, they couldn't find it in the system. Instead of being polite and trying to assist us, the staff reacted by rolling their eyes and were quite unhelpful. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food.

Ordered a hot and ready Cheese. Waited for 5 minutes because they're out, it happens. Received pizza, went home. Realized it was *not* a Hot and Ready Cheese, but a Mushroom and Sausage. Which I can't eat. Not sure how you screw up like that, but it ain'tworth the gas to go back and fix it.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cashier was rude and seemed reluctant to make our pizza, making faces on several occasions. The customer service was poor, and there were no signs or updates on Google to inform us about their changed hours.
This is my third visit to this location, and unfortunately, all three of my orders were delayed. I will be choosing to go to a different place from now on.
