I waited 55 minutes for my order when they initially said it would take only 15 minutes. Norma, the cashier, had no explanation for the delay. On top of that, my order was incomplete—they gave me regular sticks instead of cheese sticks and forgot to include my crazy sauces. I will avoid this place in the future.
The restaurant needs to improve its food preparation, particularly on Fridays when customers are eager to order pizza. This restaurant is really disappointing. The staff takes a long time to acknowledge customers or inform them to wait, and they rarely check back in. The service leaves a lot to be desired.
I usually order the Supreme pizza and they always put the ingredients in the middle and leave about 2 inches all the way around with nothing. Just cheese and very little sauce.
This is the worst place you can go to. They make you wait 30 minutes for your order, and the employee serving you has a terrible attitude. I do not recommend it.
