12/20/21 (9:20pm) I was surprised to find that Little Caesars Pizza had already shut off their ovens at 9:15pm, even though they’re supposed to close at 10. When I pulled up to the window, the staff acted passive-aggressively, making the whole experience uncomfortable—honestly, it made me question the cleanliness of my food. I tried calling multiple times since 9pm with no answer, and when someone finally picked up, they said they weren’t clocked in and were just doing inventory. If that’s the case, why answer at all? When I pulled up to the window, the staff acted passive-aggressively, making the experience very uncomfortable—I'm honestly worried they might have spit in my food. No one answered the phone despite me calling since 9. When someone finally picked up, she said she wasn’t clocked in and was just doing inventory. If you’re not working, why answer the phone? I only came here because Pizza Hut was closed. This kind of behavior gives the store a bad reputation. If you don’t like working here, just leave.
I ordered on the app for pickup at the drive-thru and when I got there they didn't have the diet Pepsi. Unfortunately I can only have Diet Pepsi or Diet soda and they didn't have any other diet drinks. She asked me what I wanted to do and I asked about a refund and apparently if you order on the app and they can't give you what you ordered they don't offer refund only a replacement which was not possible in my case. I don't suggest ordering drinks through the app at Little Caesars considering what happened.
I ordered over the phone and when I arrived, I waited at the window for 10 minutes without being attended to. I ended up parking and going inside, where I found three employees in the back just chatting and laughing. The pizza I ordered, which was supposed to be the "extra most bestest," had barely any pepperoni or cheese on it – mostly just dry bread. I won't be returning to this place.

Telephoneed. I wait there and wait 10 minutes in the window and never waited. Parked went in and there were 3 people who only talk and laugh in the back. The pizza we got should be best, but there was hardly any pepperoni or cheese on the pizza. Mostly only dried bread. I'll never go back here.
I'm going to give 3 stars until I go back because the service was not real good. I'm always willing to give a local restaurant a serving chance.
At Little Caesars Pizza, the beautiful staff provided excellent service, and the pizza from their menu was absolutely delicious—mmmm!
Pizza crust was very good. It had plenty of spices. All it lacked was meat, cheese, and sauce. 3 star rating was a stretch.

There were no pre-prepared takeout options available. We had to wait for all three pizzas to be cooked.
Teach your workers how to spread sauce correctly and how to cut pizza evenly. Lol.
