The Little Caesar's in El Cerritos. Has really bad customer service. The guy working there would tell customer, that their order would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes and customers would come 20 minutes after and he would tell them oh your is going to take 10 or 15 min more. I ask to talk to the manager because they told me the same thing and the manager said well don't you see....we are busy. So i said i totally understand your busy but don't have the cashier tell customer that their order will be ready in 10-15 min if is not true. Tell them is going to take 30 minutes like it took me to get my pizza. The only two people that i spoke to were acting like if they didn't want to be there. Honestl...
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The woman at the counter had a bad attitude, and my order was messed up. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza but received a cheese pizza instead, which is cheaper. I had to go back three times to complain, returning the wrong pizza and asking for the correct order. The woman was unwilling to give me a refund and tried to offer me a different pizza and soda instead. Overall, the service was frustrating, and the staff were unprofessional. I would not recommend this place. This happened on the night of Friday, October 14, 2022.
Regret my visit. I usually get my friend the Italian cheese bread, but today he wanted a regular pizza with olives. The experience was disappointing, especially with the employee taking orders almost refusing to take mine, asking everyone else in the building who had already ordered first. One person even pointed out that I was next before the employee went to someone else. Definitely won’t be returning.

This is the third time I've ordered from here, and when I got home, my order was incorrect. You'd think I'd have learned to check before leaving. I won't let that happen again.
This is one of my son's favorite pizzas. I'm not a big fan of it myself, but the kids really enjoy it. I also appreciate that it's reasonably priced and affordable.
