In a time when restaurants are very short on employees I understand when it takes longer to fulfill orders because you are understaffed on a Friday night. However, I place my order online and then waited for over 30 minutes while the app continue to say that the order was in the oven. Each time I went inside there was no one at the front counter and there was only someone in the back making pizzas. Finally I saw an employee walk in from outside and so I went in and inquired about my pizza. She informed me that the store was out of thin crust and that I could either wait for the truck or cancel my order. So I canceled my order and will not be back to this location ever again.
manager on duty (at time of this review) is the reason why I will never go to a Little Caesars or do a doordash delivery for them ever again. I show up on time and they are late. nothing is made. it's not even busy.. I don't say anything but the manager tells me I need to leave the store and wait outside. no estimate given for when the food would be made even though it is much past pick up time. doordash needs to cancel any ties with little caesars. garbage business. not wasting time MY time when I did MY job on lazy trash workers that are ALSO rude. cancelled the order
I visited this restaurant on Friday afternoon and tried to call for an hour to place my order, hoping to avoid a wait since I had kids with me. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone, and by the time I got to the counter, I was still being ignored. I ended up ordering pepperoni cheese bread, only to be told they were out of stock. It's hard to believe they ran out on a Friday afternoon. I also ordered two pizzas and crazy bread. While I was pleased that my pizza was fresh, I was disappointed that my pepperoni cheese bread was unavailable.
This is the worst Little Caesars I've ever been to. They never answer the phone, and your order is never ready, no matter when you place it. The staff have terrible attitudes, and they don’t wear gloves at all. The guy who handled the pizza yesterday was touching his face and nose and still handled the orders. It made me feel bad for the homeless people nearby. This will be my last visit. They really need to make some changes. Reserva una mesa ahora
I wish I could rate zero. Got the wrong order, no one answers the phone, can't issue a refund because I have to do it through an app I don't have. What a joke of a business! So no I guess I will wait on hold tomorrow at work to get my money back..... Whathappened to the days of people actually doing their job. I personally blame the manager for having a lack of drive and makingsure the store runs properly
Deep dish Pizza was hot and delicious and even tasted good as leftovers . I?m only knocking off a star because you can?t call ahead or order online either but the girl working there was extremely nice I forgot her name. Even though they messed up my order they fixed it and gave me a free soda and let me keep the messed up pizza. The girl was named shanice I think. Very friendly.
