Little Caesars Pizza

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The classic cheese pizza was completely different from what I had expected based on the picture. It felt like I was served a completely different pizza. The crust was burned around the edges, which was quite unacceptable. I'm very dissatisfied with this situation. I’ve never received such a poorly made pizza from other places. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I would like a refund for my order.

The manager, Rosa, exhibited unprofessional behavior and offered poor customer service during my visit. I kindly asked for a remake of some pizzas that were made incorrectly, but she responded rudely and instructed me to bring the pizzas back. I explained that my son was hungry and had already eaten a slice, to which she replied that since he had taken a bite, she couldn't refund my money or assist me further. This Little Caesars location is quite disappointing.

Pizza order was way late spoke to delivery girl who said she had one more delivery before mine but that she wasn't lost. Then picture of delivery showed it was delivered to the wrong apartment number. Paid over $10.00 in tax, delivery fees tip and $30 for pizza and bread that I never got, now have to wait 7-10 business days to have my debit card refunded. Never again will I use their services, very disappointed with little concern on their behalf!

Minimal sauce on any item ordered from this location. Also, getting my order placed takes extremely longer than usual, with one worker at the register, most of the crew talking to each other, gossiping or telling stories . All while making eye contact with the line of waiting customers as well as within range of hearing them from the front counter. Reserva una mesa ahora

Hot and ready pizzas for like six bucks or something doesn't take that long to make a pizza so if you order one you'll have one in like less than 20 minutes. You can even use an app and get it ordered and made beforehand.

I highly recommend calling in your order especially on a Friday night, but I have always received a good customer service and food when I always call it at the point
