Never, ever order from these guys online. If the dasher they contract out their delivery to screws up the order, they will refuse to get you a new one or make it right in any way.The manager will insist you go to doordash, even though you ordered through their website. They will insist you contact your dasher, even though their website blocks dasher contact information. They will insist that you file a report with doordash, even when you inform them the driver already filed a report blaming the store, and doordash told you to call the store. They will insist that the delivery person their system hired through their website is not their responsibility because they are not literally a Little C...
This particular Little Caesars is on the street view of a semi busy plaza. There is plenty of parking in the shared parking lot behind the store. This location is a bit slower than most I had been to, even after ordering online, there was still a long wait. I got the usual, which is a pepperoni pizza as my cheat meal. Although the wait was long here it was cheap and decent for the price. Compared to most of their other locations the pizza at this particular location was a bit more greasy/oily. Overall, it would not have been my first few choices to come here, but sometimes it is all you got at night besides fast food that is decently cheap and semi quick.
The customer service here is abysmal. The manager does not care about customers or their experience. He only cares about making sure nobody thinks he did anything wrong, very mature. Obviously, all mistakes are not the managers fault. However, when 4 out of 6 of your items are MISSING, you would think you could at least get a replacement. He did not offer anything of the sort, he was only worried about himself. It was my daughter's birthday. Save yourself the hassle with this place, go to a different Little Caesars, or a competitor so this man doesn't make more than he deserves.
They prepared 15 boxes of pizza fast for my company. Quality not good at all though. Taste very bready and doughy. Very little toppings. Okay customer service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Often had patronizing or impatient servers. We stopped going to this store awhile ago and have chosen the Alameda store instead. The employees and management there are outstanding.
The pizza I was given today was cooked poorly the dough was squishy and you can teel that it wasn't cooked all the way. It sucked
Definitely not hot and ready. Order 30-45 minutes before online if you can. Need more workers especially between 4-8p!
At last, a clean restaurant! The pizza here was among the best I've had from this chain.
