?Hot-N-Ready 4-8pm? Not once in the 10 years they?ve been here have they successfully accomplished the slogan in their signs! Sooooo you have to wait, and wait, and wait. BUT before you even order you have to wait because they don?t seem to care if people are waiting at the counter! So we?ll order through the app, show up when it say?s it?ll be ready and then wait, and wait, and wait. Maybe 10 or 15 min after it?s ready you MAY get your order. If I had the ability to open up my own franchise I would, RIGHT NEXT DOOR Just put them out of business by providing THE VERY MINIMUM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

It used to be my favorite restaurant, but I can't recommend it anymore. I found a long, light brown hair in my pizza. I called to inform them, and they offered to remake it, but at this point, I just don't want anything from there. It makes me question what else might be in the food. So, if you order takeout, please be sure to check your food before you leave.

No one is available for 20 min to answer a phone call. Finally i had to drive to the store it self to order . When ask why no one is available to take order The cashier obliviously said oh.. we are busy. When i order the pizza he said it will be ready in less than 10 min. So they can't be so busy on the phone if i can get my order in 10 min. It was just a lie. Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm not sure what went wrong, but today wasn't a great experience for them. I arrived to pick up my order, but it wasn't ready yet. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for it to be completed, and I saw four other customers who had also placed pick-up orders while I was there. Additionally, the pizza itself was disappointing—not enough sauce spread on the dough.

This used to be my favorite place but now.... I don't recommend it. Found a long brown blondish hair in my pizza. I called to let them know, they offered to remake it but at this point I don't want anything from this place cus it makes me wonder wantelse is going on in there. So people when you pick up your food check it before you drive off.

First time I ordered from here I got a great pretzel crust pizza. It was awesome. Since then, every time i order a pretzel pizza, I get a regular crust pizza with a lot of salt.. It has happened twice now, and I sent it back the 2nd time and even the 3rd time they did the same thing..

Remember when you use to walk in and pick up your pizza because this was the hot-n-ready zone? Yeah, they don't do that anymore, be prepared to wait if you walk in. Order ahead, the pizza is still good, still cheap. But not fast, or convenient like it useto be. Reserva una mesa ahora

Remember when you could just grab your pizza quickly because this was the hot spot? Well, that’s not the case anymore—prepare to wait when you go in. The pizza is still delicious and affordable, but it’s no longer fast or convenient like it used to be.

This location never has pizza's ready to go. You always have a wait of 10-15 min. They need to improve and make sure pizza's are available at all times. Specially in the evenings when people are getting out of work and trying to pick up some dinner.
