Ordered on the app at 2:05pm for pick up at pizza portal as I usually do. This location on the app allowed for selection between portal or drive thru pick up. I selected portal because it didn 't make sense to me to wait in a drive-thru line when I can just run in and grab it from the portal. I arrived early and parked to wait for notification that my order was loaded into the portal as I have done many times before. I noticed another customer walk up to the doors and try to enter only for the doors to be locked. I then checked the time and realized that it was almost 10minutes past the 2:21-2:26 pick up window. This experience was incredibly disappointing. I waited five minutes at the drive-thru without any assistance, and there was no one ahead of me or at the window. It's evident that the management needs to be replaced, as this location has been consistently understaffed and disorganized for months. Orders are never prepared in advance, and I always end up waiting 20 to 30 minutes. This has been the case during my last four visits over the past three months. The worst place to order in town. There are 2 other little Caesars in town better in terms of service, speed, quality! They have little to no respect for anyone's time and they will make you wait in the lobby for 20 minutes without greeting the customer. Yes! Even when it's empty! I've lived here for 20+ years. And I always instantly regret ordering from this particular location.
The food was delicious, and the kids loved it! My children especially enjoyed the breadsticks. We've already visited this location three times this week. I appreciate that they have a drive-thru. The only downside is that you might need to wait around 10 minutes for the breadsticks; I had to wait 2 out of the 3 times. Overall, I love the food, and the prices are very reasonable.
Little Caesars Pizza offers good value for the price. It used to be a quick drive-thru option that allowed you to get in and out in no time. However, during my last visit, I had to wait about 15 minutes for my pizza. This might have been because I ordered something other than the standard pepperoni and cheese, but it was still an unexpected delay.
Food was yummy and kids approved. My kids especially loves the breadsricks. We have been there already 3 times this week. Love that this location has a drive thru. The only thing you need to be prepared for is to wait 10 minutes for breadsricks. 2 out of 3 times I had to wait. But overall, love ? the food and price is very affordable.
I used to love going to this Little Caesars cause the drive thru would make things easier especially with my little one. Today when I went I got this pizza completely uncut and the cut you see on the pizza that?s how I was given the pizza. I called to complain and they didn?t even try to make up for this. Won?t be coming back.
