This location is quite disappointing. I waited five minutes in the drive-thru before anyone helped me, and there was no one at the front or the window. It's obvious that the manager needs to be replaced, as this place has been understaffed and disorganized for months. Nothing seems to be ready, and I'm often told there will be a 20-30 minute wait. This has been my experience during my last four visits over the past three months. The only advantage of coming here was convenience, and without that, they offer very little. The food was fantastic, and the kids really enjoyed it! My children were particularly fond of the breadsticks. We've already been to this location three times this week. I appreciate having a drive-thru option. The only drawback is that there might be a wait of about 10 minutes for the breadsticks; I experienced this delay on 2 out of the 3 visits. Overall, I really love the food, and the prices are quite reasonable.
I experienced the worst customer service at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of greeting and long, unhappy faces. I decided to order chicken wings through the window, and to my surprise, the cashier rolled her eyes at me. It felt like a nightmare dealing with this staff. I just don’t understand why they seem so unhappy. I will definitely NEVER go back!
Little Caesars Pizza provides great value for the money. It used to be a convenient drive-thru option where you could grab your food quickly. However, during my most recent visit, I had to wait around 15 minutes for my pizza. This might have been due to my order being different from the usual pepperoni and cheese, but it was still an unexpected wait.

Terrible experience. We ordered two pizzas: one was half and half, but only one side had toppings. The other was a thick Detroit-style crust. Both were overcooked, and my son found the thick crust to be so bland that he joked he might have Covid. We won't be returning. Domino’s is just down the street and offers much better pizza.
I placed my order at Little Caesars Pizza at 6:24 PM, but they didn't start preparing it until 6:57, despite my scheduled pickup time of 7:00 PM. The service was frustratingly slow, which was disappointing given the convenience of their online menu and ordering system.

Slow and pizza is never ready when the app gives an estimated time... last time i waited almost 30 mins past the time it said my pizza should be ready
