Today I ordered 2 pizza sticks, a cheese pizza, baked wings, and crazy bread from Little Caesars Pizza. I placed my pickup order at 3:50 PM, expecting it to be ready by 4:30 PM. When I arrived, the line was already out the door, so even though it was a pickup, I had to wait. After 15 minutes, I finally reached the counter and gave the cashier my order number. He went to the back for at least 10 minutes, then returned and asked if he could help the next customer. It seemed like they only started baking pickup orders when customers arrived. This place should be shut down. I never had any problems until yesterday. My aunt and I were there, and I asked the guy in charge about the pizza since he had about four warmers. I asked if I could get a fresh pizza, and he said these are fresh, they just came out. I told him I had been there before and the pizza was horrible and cold. He insisted the pizza is never cold and doesn't stay in the warmer long. I told him he wasn't here before, and he had the nerve to get an attitude, saying customers never write reviews. This place needs to go out of business. I will never go back.
The pizza I received was undercooked. An employee mentioned that the oven isn't always properly calibrated, and despite his efforts to redo it, the outcome was the same. I reached out to the corporate office, but they never responded to my calls or emails. This experience has cost them a lifelong customer. From now on, I'll choose to dine at privately-owned, mom-and-pop establishments, as they seem to take greater pride in their offerings. It's important to note that insufficiently cooked food can lead to food poisoning and serious legal issues.
Lil Caesar's is fantastic! Their hot and ready pizzas never disappoint. (Get it? "Delivers” as in food delivery!) Little Caesar's offers both quality and quantity, and don't worry—it's the food that's in abundance, not the prices. The value is so great that every time you order, it feels like you’re getting away with a steal! (In a fun way, of course!) Enjoy your pizza, everyone, because I certainly am. God bless America! USA! I entered the restaurant to place an order at 7:51 PM, but the only option available was chicken and cheese pizza. I ordered it, and the girl at the register informed me that she needed exact change for my order because her register was out of change. I left feeling very frustrated and without any food!

Longest wait time ever. I ordered my pizza it said 30 minutes over an hour before it was ready. No apology no reason just kept being told to wait 10 more minutes.
