Today, I had a terrible experience at this Little Caesars. When I arrived at the drive-thru, the attendant was sitting in the window eating. It took him about 15 seconds to get out of the window and clear his food so he could open it. When I placed my order, he just stared at me in confusion and walked away. When he returned, he removed his headphones and asked what I wanted. He processed my card three times, and then while retrieving my pizza, he tripped and dropped it. This employee definitely needs some supervision.
