I've visited this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The first time, I was told that my pizzas would be ready in 8 minutes, but after waiting 24 minutes, they finally came out. Clearly, the "hot and ready" promise was not met. The staff seemed to be moving at a painfully slow pace and appeared bored and indifferent to their work. To top it off, the pizzas themselves were subpar compared to other Little Caesars locations I've tried.
I noticed the employee cutting the pizzas, and he lacked any enthusiasm while doing so. As a result, when it was time to grab our slices, we had to pull them apart because they weren't cut all the way through.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ryan Quinn is the most immature and unprofessional employee I’ve ever encountered at a pizza restaurant. He served me the wrong order and then accused me of stealing a pizza when I returned for the correct one. We had to call a manager to acknowledge that he had made an error and given me the wrong pizza. This entire ordeal took about an hour and a half and could have been easily avoided. If Ryan had simply admitted his mistake, it would have been a different story. Instead, he insisted he wouldn’t remake the pizza and accused me of theft. It’s unbelievable. Just picked up my pizza from the store. I ordered and paid for extra marinara sauce. The employee (tall white male with brown curly hair) forgot to put the sauce with my order. When I asked him for the sauce, he was very rude, threw the sauce on the counter and walked away. The cup was half full, I asked him to fill the cup (which I paid for), he said NO, turned his back and walked away.Extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Very toxic attitude for this business.
Actually pretty good for the price. Quick service. We got a cheese pizza..maybe request a little extra cheese so it's enough. When we ordered it a second time and asked for a little more cheese, it was great. No complaints. Also try the garlic butter. Overall I don't think you can go wrong, especially if you're hungry ?

I ordered a pepperoni pizza for pickup using the app. I was asked to tip, for 0 service. I entered a code into an automated pickup box. What did I get? A burnt pizza that tasted horrible. The worst I've ever gotten from this location in 10 years. I won't be returning.
This place Is very frustrating. They mess up your order and can't answer a phone. I give them 0 stars! This business is operated very poorly I will not be ordering from here again! And everybody else should stay away too! Beware this place scams
