Little Caesars Pizza

Worst Little Caesars I've ever been to. They missed items from my online order, and when I told the worker, he told me I was wrong and that everything was there. I told him he was wrong and he finally checked the order and said that there was stuff missing. He put the food in and still did not give me all of my food after and hour and a half. The entire store smelled like weed. There was an employee sleeping in the back of the store and several customers in the lobby that were also angry. I ordered 2 crazy puffs and 3 crazy breads at 7:14 pm… arrived at 8:20 pm to pick up my order only to be told by the “the dude who could only mumble” it would be ready in a minute. Now, this location has a tendency to run behind but WOW!!! Unfortunately, I paid for the order online so I’m stuck. As I write this, it’s 8:47 pm. Apparently, they’re about to shut down as they understaffed. Apparently, the manager is a one man show.

Hey listen up, I been going there for a longtime. I have no problems whatsoever with the GM also the customer representatives. Their pizzas are very much tasty and delicious, I can't compare this pizza with any where else because it's the best. So no matter what, I just can't stop going this location little ceasers.

Went in to place order, was basically told if I order it would be a 30 min wait, I said OK . Then advised not to even order because, well I guess they were overwhelmed with orders I assume one less order would help , I guess. I have no Words at the state of the restaurant business in BHM. I guess whole foods it is.

Worse Little Caesars ever. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads on the app at 6:11. Order was estimated to be ready between 6:47 and 6:53. Several people came in and ordered in the store and received their order almost immediately. Our order was not received until 7:31. Do not waste your time here.

Worse customer service I have ever received. Take your money to another company. I went in to order a pizza and the lady at the counter told me they where not taking card and you had to have exact change. Third time this has happened. Clearly a sign of laziness.

Stay slow took 1 hour and a half to get a pepronni hot and ready I sat waiting for 2 hours thought they was supposed to have those ready to

The GM Ashley was really nice and greeted me with such a nice mentality also they made sure my food was out
