Started off with the queso with brisket and the brisket was definitely worth adding because it made for a very filling appetizer and was very flavorful. As for the tacos, there were a lot of creative concepts, I thought the fried chicken taco was really tasty, had a dill marinade taste to it which worked really well. Service was good and the atmosphere downtown was also really nice. The burritos were so-so. I found there was way too much beans and rice in the burrito and not a lot of salsa added considering you have to pay $2 extra for that. Also the pork was a little bit dry...could be because it was later in the night but it was well seasoned. Overall a bit pricey but pretty solid food
We dined at a charming Mexican restaurant in Homewood that offers ample outdoor seating and a well-stocked bar. Our group of 7 was promptly seated on St. Patrick's Day just after 5pm. We were served two types of salsa and ordered queso, which had a hint of jalapeno and a fresh avocado dip. My spouse and I shared a delicious trio of fajitas with perfectly smoked chicken, steak, and shrimp. The children delighted in their chicken drumsticks. To top off our meal, we indulged in some fried cinnamon churros for dessert. The service was excellent.
I stopped by and grabbed some takeout fried chicken. I had heard great things about it and it lived up to the hype. The breading is not too thick, but it's delicious. You might need to specify which pieces you want - I ordered a half chicken and received four pieces of dark meat. The staff are extremely friendly and polite, and the restaurant is clean with ample seating, including outdoor options. I've heard their mixed drinks are top-notch as well.
Great experience; upscale Mexican cuisine. Meat are all slowly cooked in the house and extremely juicy and delicate. Salsa has been homemade and takes 3 hours to reduce to an excellent and smoky taste. Great reservation, great location with ample parking; will definitely be back!

An absolutely amazing atmosphere. Great food. You also have recordings of the day that are $3/shot. This is a picture of her Chicken Quesadilla. It's HUGE! Super delicious and served with a Chipotle Crema sauce. Definitely come one of my new favorite places for Mexican/TexMex.
We had a wonderful time at the restaurant! The bartender Chelsea M. did an excellent job and was constantly busy. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Churros! The new location has a more upscale feel compared to the original, but is still very enjoyable.
came here for lunch and tried the nachos, Buschwacker and Churros. The food was good. The chicken on the nachos was extra, but overall very filled!
The food was good and the atmosphere and staff was great. Enjoyed my visit.
