I'm in Tennessee and ordering for my aunt who resides in a nursing home in Catonsville. She loves Little Phoenix. We have tried many other places and this Chinese food is best. The owner who takes my order is so kind and the drivers always get the food there hot and great. Being in Tennessee and wanting to delight my aunt who as a New Yorker knows her Asian food, Little Phoenix always comes through. The prices are also fair and perfect. I'm so appreciative.
This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. They wouldn't even provide condiments for my food. I ordered five chicken wings and they only gave me one packet of hot sauce! They told me it doesn't come with the meal. To top it off, the chicken tasted like it was cooked in fish grease or something.
I ordered the veggie lo mein with shrimp, and it was quite disappointing. It was very dry, and the vegetables were minimal—definitely not what I was hoping for since I wanted more veggies. It mostly felt like plain lo mein. I recommend trying the restaurant, but I won't be ordering this dish again.

The food was just ok. My family ordered shrimp lo mean and pork fried rice. We all agreed it was just ok and we had better at hunan joy. Also, I asked for no onions and no sprouts and my meal was full of them both.
My girlfriend's co-workers meet here monthly for lunch on Saturdays. Lunch specials are great. Excellent food and lots of it. Service is spot on and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
The only negative was that prices were a little higher than expected, but you get what you pay for, right. And it was worth it.
