I went to this café for coffee this morning around 10 am on a Sunday. There were only 4 other tables occupied, so it was not even half full. I ordered 2 small children's milkshakes and 2 regular coffees. The milkshakes came out right away, but 15 minutes later, a redheaded staff member was talking on her phone while a lady was waiting to order. I waited another 5 minutes before standing in line behind the lady to order. The staff member looked around the lady at me and when I asked politely if our coffee would take much longer, she responded rudely, saying she could either take the lady's order first or make my coffee and make them wait.
